# Create a Buy X Get Y offer

> Shoppers buy some products and get another free or cheaper. Example: buy 2 tees, get a cap free. BOGO (buy one, get one) works the same way.

## 1. Open Bundles and click Create Bundle

In your WordPress admin, click **Bundles** in the left menu, then **Create Bundle** at the top right.

## 2. Type a name, then choose Buy X Get Y

Shoppers see the **Bundle name** on the product page and in the cart, for example *Buy 2 tees, get a cap free*. Then click the **Buy X Get Y** card. Shoppers buy the listed products and get the reward product free or discounted.

## 3. Choose where it shows, then click Next: set it up

Under **Where should this bundle show?**, pick the product pages (or whole categories) that should offer the bundle. Then click **Next: set it up**. See [Where your bundle shows](https://nanflows.com/resources/woocommerce-bundles-where-to-show).

## 4. Products: add the products

Add every product of the offer. Mark what the shopper pays for as **Buy** and the reward as **Get**, and set how many of each. Example: Buy Classic Tee × 2, Get Sports Cap × 1.

## 5. Price: set the discount

Under **Reward**, set **Discount on the “Get” products (%)**: 100 means free, 50 means half price. The “Buy” products keep their own price.

## 6. Name & text, Payment and Rules (optional)

The next steps work the same for every kind of bundle: a description and picture in **3. Name & text**, cash on delivery or prepaid in **4. Payment**, and dates, limits and a badge in **5. Rules**. ## 7. Click Publish bundle

**6. Publish** sums up the bundle. Click **Publish bundle** and it is on sale straight away. **Save as draft** keeps it hidden from shoppers until you are ready.

## 8. What shoppers see

Shoppers see what they buy and what they get, marked **Free**, with the saving.
