Acceptable use

This policy is part of our Terms of service. It covers nanflows.com, your account, licence keys and the Pro plugins.

Licences and keys

  • Use a licence only on the number of sites your plan allows.
  • Don't share, publish or sell licence keys, and don't resell access to Pro updates or downloads.
  • Don't try to get around the licence check or the site limit, or use one key on sites that aren't yours to manage.

The site and the API

  • Don't attack, overload or scan nanflows.com or its licence API, or try to reach other people's accounts or data.
  • Don't send automated requests beyond what the plugins normally make.
  • Don't upload malware or harmful files in support tickets.

What you build with the plugins

The plugins are for honest marketing and selling. Don't use them to:

  • Deceive visitors: fake countdowns presented as real deadlines, fake "someone just bought" notices, or popups that look like system or browser warnings.
  • Collect personal data without the notice and consent the law requires where you operate, or send email or SMS to people who didn't sign up.
  • Phish, spread malware, or collect passwords or payment details under false pretences.
  • Promote illegal goods or services, or content that is illegal where you or your visitors are.
  • Hide a visitor's way to close a popup where the law requires one to be offered.

You are responsible for your own site, your content and how you use the data you collect, including privacy and consumer laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM and the ePrivacy rules).

Support

Treat our support team with respect. Abusive messages can lead to a closed ticket.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may warn you, switch off the licence keys involved, or close the account. Abuse of refunds or chargebacks may lead to refusal of future purchases. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
