Sub-processors

These providers process data for nanflows.com and the Nanflows Shopify apps, only to run the service described in our Privacy policy. Each one is bound by its own data protection terms.

Current sub-processors

  • Polar (polar.sh): merchant of record for the WordPress plugins. Checkout, payment, sales tax and VAT, receipts, invoices, refunds and the billing portal. Data: name, email, billing address, payment details, order history.
  • Shopify (shopify.com): the platform our Shopify apps run in. It installs the app, signs you in and bills you for your plan. Data: your store details and the store data the app's permissions allow.
  • Vercel (vercel.com): hosting of the website, the API and the Shopify apps. Data: everything they handle passes through it, including request logs with IP addresses.
  • Neon (neon.tech): databases. Data: accounts, orders, licences, site addresses, licence check logs, support tickets and attachments; for the Shopify apps, store details, bundles, bundle sales and analytics.
  • Purelymail (purelymail.com): our mailboxes and outgoing mail server, for nanflows.com and the Shopify apps. Data: email addresses and the content of support, account and app emails.
  • Slack (slack.com): on the Shopify app's Scale plan only, the support channel we share with you. Data: the names and email addresses of the people in it, and the messages.

What is not shared

  • We don't use advertising or analytics services, and we don't sell data.
  • The free plugins send nothing to us. The Pro plugins send only what is needed for licence and update checks: plugin name, licence key, version and site address.
  • The Shopify apps' storefront pixel sends only bundle ids, products, quantities and amounts, never who the shopper is.

Integrations you choose

Services you connect inside a plugin, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Google Sheets, receive data straight from your site under your own account with them. They are not our sub-processors.
