Updates, renewals and what happens when a licence ends
How updates arrive, how yearly plans renew, and what your site keeps if a licence runs out.
Updates
Once a site's key is active, new versions appear under Plugins in WordPress, the same way updates from WordPress.org do. You can also download the newest zip from your dashboard at any time while your plan is active.
Renewals
Yearly plans renew by themselves until you cancel. To cancel, open Orders & billing in your dashboard and click Open billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
When a licence ends
The paid features switch off and the plugin keeps working as the free version. Nothing you made is deleted. Renew, and everything comes back.
Refunds
Every purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the refund policy.
